To mark the 65th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, we held a Holocaust Memorial Service in school last night, which was attended by parents, staff and members of the community.

Competition winners help keep Shaftesbury clean

The KFC Anti-Litter poster competition, launched jointly by Caskade Caterers (owners of the KFC franchise) and Shaftesbury School, to help combat the problem of litter in the town, was won by Year 7 student Camilla Hatcher, with her KFC ‘Keen For Clean’ idea.
