The School’s Governing Body is made up of people from varied backgrounds including parents, staff and people from the local community and businesses. The role of the Governing Body is crucial by setting out the strategic direction for the School and monitoring its progress whilst at the same time not interfering with day to day management.

There are twenty governors representing a variety of constituencies:

Children’s Services Authority - one place
Community – five places
Foundation – three places
Parent – seven places
